NEW PRICES Eff. 3/23/26 - Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $119
90 minutes: $162
120 minutes: $219

I help clients relieve stress, relax, center and reset their nervous system, recalibrate their energy, all through deep tissue massage and energy work.

For BEST RESULTS, it is advised to schedule once or twice a week for acute issues, and 2-3 times minimum per month for chronic issues.  Consistency = lasting relief.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure the client doesn't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is common but not always present after the treatment.

“Deep Tissue Massage works beneath the surface to release tight muscle fibers, break up adhesions, and improve lymph and blood flow. As the muscles soften, the body naturally lets go of stress hormones and activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the state where healing happens. Many clients also experience emotional release as long-held tension unwinds. The result is a deeper sense of clarity, ease, and full-body reset.”

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a “life force”, and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

“Energy work helps your body relax, reset, and rebalance. Our bodies hold stress, emotions, and tension in our muscles and nervous system. Energy work uses gentle touch—or sometimes no touch—to calm your system, release built-up tension, and restore balance. After a session, people usually feel lighter, calmer, and clearer.”

“Energy work is a therapeutic technique that focuses on balancing the body’s natural energy system.
Stress, trauma, and daily life can cause blockages or imbalances that affect your mood, sleep, and physical comfort. Through intentional touch, breath, and guided relaxation, energy work helps reset your nervous system, improve circulation, reduce tension, and support emotional clarity.”

**“Your body is constantly sending electrical and chemical signals. Stress and trauma can disrupt these patterns.
Energy work stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s healing state—helping to:
• lower stress hormones
• calm the mind
• relax the muscles
• improve emotional regulation
• release built-up tension

People often describe it as feeling like their mind, body, and emotions all finally sync back into balance.”**

“Energy work helps clear what your body is holding—stress, emotional weight, or blocked energy—and restores your natural flow. It creates space for healing, grounding, and inner peace. Many clients feel lighter, more connected, and more aligned within themselves after a session.”

“Energy work is a deep reset for the whole system—physical, emotional, and energetic.
Using intentional techniques, I guide your body out of stress mode and into its healing state. This releases stored tension, softens the mind, and clears emotional heaviness. It’s a full-body recalibration that leaves you centered, grounded, and renewed.”

Energy work helps people:
✔ relax deeply
✔ release muscle and emotional tension
✔ reduce stress hormones
✔ improve sleep
✔ feel more grounded
✔ feel emotionally lighter
✔ clear “stuck” or heavy feelings
✔ reconnect with themselves

NEW PRICES Eff. 3/23/26 - Membership

60 minutes: $102
90 minutes: $147
120 minutes: $204

This is for body maintenance, and a consistent care schedule. Your body responds really well to consistent work. Most clients with similar patterns come in about once a month to stay ahead of the tension. But it takes time to get to that point. Massage works best when it’s consistent, similar to exercise or chiropractic care. Membership helps clients stay on that rhythm. Members also get priority access to my schedule, which helps them keep their preferred times. Some clients prefer membership because it spreads the cost out monthly instead of paying for each session individually. If a month gets busy and you miss a session, the session rolls over for 1 month, so nothing is lost.

The membership includes one session per month at a reduced rate. Sessions can roll over one month, and members can book additional sessions at the same rate.

With membership, your sessions have:

Consistency of care
Long-term results
Predictable scheduling
Budget convenience
Priority booking

And more, if you pair it with a 3-session package.

NEW PRICES Eff. 3/23/26 - Deep Tissue with Meditation

60 minutes: $150
90 minutes: $195
120 minutes: $252

Liz has been learning more about meditation, specifically on the healing properties that it can have. She has been to a number of workshops that focused on meditations as well as the education about what goes on in your brain and body during and after the meditations. Scientific research and studies have been done to prove the benefits of certain meditations for certain lengths of time. Liz is willing to incorporate meditation with her massage to give even MORE benefit to clients' pain relief and healing. It has proven very effective with a few of her 'test' clients. This added enhancement to Liz's services can be added so you can take advantage of 2 therapies in 1 session, at an affordable cost. There is a limited choice of the best meditations to choose from. The secret of Liz's massages with a meditation is consistency. Just like any 'treatment', it takes more than 1 or 2 sessions to get the healing process rolling. It is advised to do a 90 minute session for the length of time preferred to 'drift away' towards the end of the session. A 60-minute session isn't quite long enough for the best results. There are a few meditations available to add to your massage session upto an hour.

NEW PRICES Eff. 3/23/26 - Untimed Massage

--: $750

This is an intensive session. It is exclusive, intentional, worth blocking your schedule for, and not a normal massage. I work until the body resolves what it’s ready to release. Most sessions last 3–4 hours.

The "UNTIMED MASSAGE" is a special treat for the massage lover and for those who want to be out of pain for a good long  while, not just for a few hours or days. Here's how it works. The client is given a massage in whatever time it takes the massage therapist to complete it. That could be as little as 3 hours, or as much as 5 hours. The average person gets about 2 1/2 hours. Factors may be based on the person's body size and/or areas that need work done on at the time. This can be a full body massage - feet, legs, buttocks, back, neck, arms, hands, chest (pectoral area above breasts) - or completely focused on problem areas. Uncommon areas for some that may be massaged or avoided at client's request are:  abdomen, chest (pectoral area above breasts), throat/neck, scalp, face and feet. ANY area may be avoided at client's request. The client should request certain areas (outside of privates) to be worked on prior to the massage so the therapist knows to cover that area specifically. While the therapist is working on the client, she may come across an area that seems tight or stressed and feels a need to work that area a little longer than usual. As the therapist is working on an area, the client may request another particular area be worked on longer.

During the massage, the client has control over conversation and issues concerning the massage process, i.e. pressure, temperature, comfortability, or anything else that might be of concern at any time. It is advised not to MAKE conversation, as it is YOUR time to relax, unwind, release everything possible, and enjoy the quiet time to allow your body to heal. In some cases, conversation may be necessary for 'releasing energies'. The pressure will most likely be firm to deep but adjustable. With the areas to be worked on, it will be done with a 'deep tissue' technique that is adjustable to the client's tolerance when needed. The therapist has a very good intuition on the pressure needed and most tolerable. Also during the massage, the therapist may want to add in some stretching, but may wait until after the massage to do a full body stretch or just stretch the focused on areas.

After the massage, the client will not be rushed (within a reasonable amount of time) to get off the table so they can enjoy the lasting effect of the massage. The client may feel a little dizzy when first sitting up, which is normal. During a deep tissue massage, your body releases muscle tension, improves circulation, and reduces stress hormones like cortisol. It also activates your nervous system to relax, which can create both physical and emotional relief. That’s why you feel lighter, calmer, and more open afterward.  The client is encouraged to drink plenty of water soon after the massage for the benefit of hydrating the muscles for better functionality as well as flushing out the systems and eliminating wastes in a timely manner to avoid possible sickness and dis-ease.

**“What actually gets released during deep tissue?
• muscle tension
• stuck fascia
• stress chemicals
• fight-or-flight energy
• emotions you’ve been holding in your body

That’s why you walk out feeling lighter—in your muscles and your mind.”**

This "untimed massage" allows for the therapist to 'WORK TILL THE PAIN IS GONE, NOT TILL THE BUZZER GOES OFF." It also makes every massage different from any other. NO MASSAGE SHOULD BE A ROUTINE.

Testimonials/Reviews

REVIEWS - Whatever kind of experience you have with a therapist (or any service for that matter) it is greatly appreciated when you leave a review/testimonial of your experience, good, bad or both. Not everyone is an expert at every little thing they do or are suppose to do. So criticism should be done as a constructive one. That will make it better for the therapist in reading it as if you are trying to help them and not bash them for doing something you didn't like or thought was not right at all. They do the best they can with what they know and have experience/knowledge in. Something that is common sense for one person may not be common sense for someone else. The person doesn't know until they have been introduced to it. Sometimes that's longer than to be expected so maybe it's better to ask if the person is aware of whatever your concern is. A positive/constructive review is better to look at than a review that is negative all the way with bashing of the service/person. Look at the person leaving the review - is this person willing to help someone or are they too wrapped up in themselves and their problems and just wanting to complain. You make the choice. Leave a private message if it's really that bad. The therapist should be willing to improve themselves and their services at any stage in their life/career.

Please leave a review/testimonial for your therapist (use contact page or email: lizroycehealer@gmail.com) as well as on Yelp, Google, Google Maps, and wherever you found your therapist through, under Liz Royce Healing Massage.

Thank you!

Policies

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged half of the full amount of your appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged full amount for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow your's. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time or a little early.

I look forward to serving you!
